1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the 911 Bio Cleaning website or requesting our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. Services
911 Bio Cleaning provides professional biohazard remediation, crime scene cleanup, trauma cleanup, hoarding remediation, and related restoration services. All services are performed by OSHA-certified, IICRC-trained, and HAZWOPER-compliant technicians in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
3. Scheduling & Response
We strive to dispatch technicians within 1–2 hours across the Greater Memphis metro; however, response times may vary based on location, volume, and circumstances. We will provide an estimated arrival window when you contact us.
4. Insurance & Billing
We bill most major insurance carriers directly. Coverage is determined by your individual policy and insurer. While many clients pay $0 out of pocket, you remain responsible for any deductibles, co-pays, or uncovered amounts as determined by your insurance policy. Final payment responsibility is confirmed during the claims process.
5. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, grant safe access to the affected area, and follow any instructions provided by our technicians. You are responsible for securing pets and valuables and for notifying us of any conditions that may affect the safety of our crew.
6. Limitation of Liability
911 Bio Cleaning is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the cost of the remediation services performed. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or conditions unrelated to the remediation performed.
7. Cancellations
Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made as soon as possible. In emergency situations, work may already be in progress at the time of cancellation, and costs incurred up to that point may still apply.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
